Defensive End Khalil Mack Has High School Jersey Retired
May 18, 2018 05:13 PM | Raiders.com Staff
People say it all the time, but Khalil Mack is a walking Hall of Famer, and what he's been able to accomplish at his age is nothing short of outstanding.

The Fort Pierce, Fla., native wasn't a highly-recruited prospect coming out of high school, but he proved everyone who passed on him wrong during his time at the University of Buffalo. Prior to reaching the college level, Mack attended Fort Pierce Westwood High School, where he played outside linebacker. His senior season, he registered 110 tackles, four sacks, and two touchdowns (one of them was a six yard receiving touchdown). Whether it's in the Bay Area, UB, or Mack's high school, his impact on the places he goes is abundantly clear.

Thursday, Mack visited his alma mater for FPWHS' spring game against Sebastian River High School, where he was honored with a jersey retirement ceremony. No. 32 will be retired and never worn again by another Panther, just another testament to Mack's growing legacy.
